Physical Education

Every day we expect students to dress out quickly, into the designated HMS PE uniform, and report to their designated portion of the gym to work on instantly active until everyone has vacated the locker rooms. Instantly active is a combination of workout activities that the students engage in until the teacher blows the whistle to signal attendance call. Effort/participation and Social Etiquette account for 60% of the overall grade. We encourage sportsmanship at all times, and we want students to give 100% regardless of skill level.
